Staffing Done Right

Beyond our esteemed status as an approved supplier in private healthcare, FHP is also a recognised NHS Contractor for the provision of temporary workers. Since the introduction of agency rules on the 1st of April 2016, NHS Trusts have been directed to source all agency staff—including allied health professionals, and other clinical as well as non-clinical personnel—through framework agreements endorsed by NHS England. In this capacity, FHP stands out, not just as compliant but as an integral partner in delivering proficient temporary workers.

    Conceptually Founded

From its inception, FHP's ideas and vision were meticulously crafted, backed by extensive research and iterative testing. This diligence led to a robust business plan, shaped by a diverse blend of ideas and models. Central to FHP's formation were international expeditions undertaken by its main architects. These explorations of offshore options paved the way for a strong international network of professionals. This network has proven invaluable in supporting both the non-core and core activities of FHP, ensuring a comprehensive and global perspective in our operations and strategies.
